With more than 20 years of experience spanning leadership, facilitation, coaching and capability development, Andrea combines practical business experience with expertise in communication, behaviour change and adult learning.

Her work focuses on helping people develop the confidence, communication skills and mindset required to communicate effectively, lead with impact and perform at their best.

Andrea is known for creating engaging, highly interactive learning experiences that challenge people to think differently, apply practical strategies and take meaningful action. Her ability to blend behavioural insight with practical workplace application enables participants to build both capability and confidence.

She has worked with participants at all levels of organisations, from frontline employees and technical specialists through to senior leaders and executive teams.

Andrea's experience spans mining, utilities, healthcare, financial services, education, government, manufacturing, retail and community services sectors.
